THANKFUL FRIDAYS

Well, this is a bit obvious. I am so thankful Chris is OK. He's got a couple of broken ribs, but he'll mend. He'll be back on that scooter in no time.
I am thankful for the tiny vegetable garden that we planted (before Chris's accident). I keep looking out there to see if anything has sprouted. Nothing yet, but I have high hopes. I'm thankful for my friends who have people in their families that grow vegetables and that those people are willing to help and even give me some tomatoes.
I am just really, really thankful for all that could have happened, but didn't. Thankful for the things and people in life right now in this moment.
