Yoga In A Tiny Space
Cindy is a Yoga Alliance 250 hr accredited yoga instructor in a Hatha based form of yoga called Samatva Yoga. Samatva is a Sanskrit word for ‘balance’. The aim of Samatva Yoga is to bring balance to the body and our daily lives. Samatva yoga also places an emphasis on moving in a safe way for our bodies with a focus on alignment.
